How do I run a bat file from a Form?

I have to execute a simple batch file while my Access-2003db is running.
I want to put a button on a form that will do this

Right now the bat file is named c:\temp\update.bat. The only command is
xcopy C:\data\*.* /U

How can I do this with a button on a form?
