Reversing B&W would be like a negative...

The freeware IrfanView can do this both for Color
and B&W. Just open an image in the program
and go to...Image / Negative.

No, it's not possible. Since the photos are "black and white", there simply
aren't any colors to be reversed. You may want to try colorizing the photos
first. That would provide the colors that you could then reverse. I have
heard Ted Turner has a nifty colorization utility. But be careful anytime
you try reversing as objects in the mirror are closer than they appear.
