how do i retrieve previous outlook address book from old disk?

i have upgraded my machine and reinstalled window on my new hard drive. How do i find my old address book, which is on the old drive, ( outlook/outlook express)?
what are the file extention for outlook address book?

Outlook Express address books are subscripted .WAB
Outlook Contacts are embedded in the .PST for the Profile.
