How do I retrieve old calendar items?

I went to find an event I had on my calendar in January, but everything 2
months old has been deleted. is there any way I can retrieve this
information?

Check the properties of the folder. That will give you the archive settings and the name of the archive file, which you can then open with File | Open | Outlook Data File to see your old data.
