Retrieve as in, read? Look in Sent Items.
Retrieve as in, recall? Not possible without Exchange server and a very
specific set of circumstances. Rarely works.
Please don't type in all caps - it's hard to read and is considered
"shouting". Also, when you post in here, always include your version, mode
(if applicable), and service pack level for Outlook (see help | about).
