how do i retrieve items that i have deleted from my calender?

I have somehow managed to delete a number of items from my calender over the
next few days. I am desparate to reinstate these so I know what I have on
over the next few days (appointments etc) - how do I do this - any help
greatly appreciated.
 
They should be in the Deleted Items folder. I typically open deleted items
and click the Icon field to sort all the calendar items together. You can
find the items you want them drag/drop them onto the calender from there.
