How do I retrieve deleted information from an Excel worksheet?

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to retrieve information for an Excell
worksheet that has been deleted?
 
CatLover, if the file has not been saved, close the file and reopen, if the
file has been saved after the data was deleted there is no way to recover
it. Do you have a backup copy anywhere?
