How do I retrieve a month old schedule in outlook?

Because an error in my Mobile PC I have synchronized from my Mobile PC to
my PC a not updated schedule meeting. This new schedule deleted the old one,
that was updated . There is any way to restore the previous data?

Sure. From the backup of either the PDA or the PST that you make on a
regular basis.
