how do i retrieve a file from folder OKN55

I saved a file to Temporary Internet Files, into folder OKN55 by mistake, how
do i retrieve it.

IS the file still attached to the email? if so, just save it again to

For WIndows XP, open Windows Explorer and enter the following in the Address
Bar:

%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OKN55

Click Go. Locate your file. Click "Move this file". Browse to where it
should go and click Move.

All that said, I doubt if the subfolder is named OKN55. It should start
with OLK, so perhaps it's OLK55.
