How do I retrieve a deleted folder?

I deleted a folder in outlook that was designated for my ISO assignments.
How do I get it back?
 
If you haven't emptied your deleted items, your Deleted Items folder should
have a + sign beside it. Expand that to see the folder.

If you have emptied your deleted items, please advise what type of mail
account you have.
