How do I restrict log on times on my win XP Machines

I have 3 XP boxes and need to restrict the time of day that they are used to normal working hours. I used to know how to do this, but have since forgotten.

Note: In a non-domain environment, you can prevent the user from logging on, but it will not force the user to log off when their hours expire.
