How do I restrict folder sizes

I need to restrict the size of employee folders on my main
file server. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance
 
You can use quotas.
You must have a NTFS partition.
W2000 enable quotas at the partition level.

Quotas on Windows 2000 apply to the volume as a whole
and not to particular folders. If each employee has a separate
account, then you could establish quotas on that volume for
each user. It sounds like this might be what you're looking for.
