How do I restore ribbons in Outlook 2007?

How do I restore ribbons in OUtlook 2007? I have already used the CTRL+F1, it
didn't work.
 
Hello Karen,

Restore the Ribbon
Click Customize Quick Access Toolbar . (on the top left corner besides
office button)
In the list, click Minimize the Ribbon.
Keyboard shortcut To minimize or restore the Ribbon, press CTRL+F1.
