Somehow I deleted about 600 vital records out of a Microsoft Access table,
and I desparately need them back. Is there any way these records can be
recovered? Using Microsoft Office Access 2003 (11.6355.6360) SP1.

If you have not closed the file, you may be in luck. Do a search and see if
you can find the previous posts that discuss this. Don't close the file
until you have tried the solution suggested in the past. I think it might
have come from a Microsoft article, so you could also do a search in the
knowledge base on microsoft.com and look for the words "restore" and/or
"deleted".

If you have closed Access, then I think your only hope is to use a backup.

I believe the commercial data recovery companies can recover them as
long as compact has not been run.
