I deleted my inbox by mistake. Does anyone know how to restore it if you
don't have exchange?

If the mailbox was stored in a .PST, you may be out of luck. The first thing
to do is burn a copy of the .PST file to a CD. Next, I would use Google to
search for something like "email recovery service".

Good luck!

Unless you are using an Exchange server (and sometimes even if you are),
Outlook stores all of your folders, including your "In box", in a files named
something.PST (the "something" is frequently "Outlook").

I don't know Outlook internals, so I don't know what it did to the .PST file
when you deleted your "In box". If you are very lucky, it just marked it
"deleted" and someone has written a program to "undelete" it for you (that's
why I suggested a Google search).

Before you attempt to recover anything, though, try searching your hard
drive for any filename ending in .PST, and burn a copy of them to a CD. There
is nothing more frustrating than having your recovery attempts screw up the
data, and later finding out you could have saved it.

Stupid question: did you look in your "Deleted items" folder for you "In box"?

Yes I looked at the deleted folder. I'll search hopefully there's a file!
