How do I restore a NEWS command that has COMPLETELY disappeared f.

I attempted to install the NEWS command to the GO menu selection and the NEWS
command has COMPLETELY disappeared. I cannot find it in any menu and cannot
install it since it is no longer present in the COMMANDS list.

Answer has been posted here countless times.
To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, clear the "Always perform this check..." box and then click the No
button.

I had the similar problem in Outlook 2003. If you find an answer, please
tell me! Russ Valentine's answer was bad.

detail what you did so we can see where you went wrong. There is no other
