How do I resize page size without changing all the things on page

Here's my problem. I want to change the size of the page in an existing
PowerPoint, but when I do, it distorts all the images in it. How do I resize
the page itself while keeping everything else the size it currently is?

Thanks a lot.

You can't.

Why do you need to resize the page? There may be another solution.

I foolishly laid a photo book out in powerpoint. I initially did it just so I
could keep track of what photos I had and which I needed, but by the time I
was finished, I didn't want to lay it all out again in InDesign...that'll
take hours and hours. But the actual page size isn't 8.5 x 11 - it's 8.5 x 10
- so to PDF this and send it out on CD, the layout will look horrible -
there's that extra inch at the bottom just looking totally unbalanced.

Just choose "scale to fit page" when you print the PDF. Choose File/Print,
hit the "scale" thing at the bottom, and choose your PDF Writer or Distiller
at the top of the dialog.

That *should* do it. If it doesn't, holler back.

Oh, in addition to my previous suggestion, you could just make the page size
of the PDF 8.5 x 10. You'd do that in the distiller settings or by clicking
the settings (or whatever it is) button on the Acrobat toolbar in the more
recent versions.
