How do I reset the Clear Formatting to its default?

I've changed the Clear Formatting styles by mistake and it saved in template.
I cannot removed it or change it back to its default.

Clear formatting removes any formatting from the current paragraph to the
base style - ie the normal paragraph style. Change the normal paragraph
style to whatever parameters you require. To return to install defaults,
rename normal.dot - a normally hidden file) to (say) oldnormal.dot. Word
will rebuild a new one.
