How do i reset key typing speed?

i unintentionally set my keyboard to type slowly something to do with lang. i
have to hold down each key for 1 sec. before it will type. help.
 
Look at Windows Control Panel | Accessibility Options.

Check the Accessibility Options Control Panel in Windows. If filter keys is
checked, uncheck it.
