How do I replace a Word document saved in multiple files?

If I update a Word document on a flash drive how do I backup the same
document saved in multiple file locations on my hard drive?

It would be safer if you didn't edit the files on the flash drive, but edit
them in the hard drive and *copy* to the flash drive. You can easily do this
with a macro:

can modify to your own requirements to save the file in as many places as
you want.
