How do I repeatedly move cursor down pressing only once?

I want to read continously the text in Microsoft Word file by repeating the
command (pressing) the arrow down with only one pressing. I use this
feature on the old microprocessing software - Wordstar. When I want to scan
the text or proofread it, I just press Ctrl KK then pressing the arrow down.
It is a repeating command so upon reaching the bottom of the screen, the next
line of text appears, and so on. It just stops upon pressing any key.
Pressing Ctrl KK then the command will repeat the command. Does Microsoft
Word have this feature. It is useful for me and, I believe, for the others.

thank you

Word doesn't need ancient DOS commands for moving through a document. See
Word help on Keyboard shortcuts.
You can't beat a mouse (or a keyboard) with a scroll button for moving
through documents.
