How do I repeat a value in a pivot table in Excel?

I have created a pivot table that lists account numbers, names, and the type
of service. I would like the account number and name to repeat for each
service type within that account (right now it is only showing the one time).
The reason being is that I need to filter on the service type and the
results are misleading if the values are not repeated in the account # and
account name, or the values are just blank.

Joanne,

You can't do that in an active pivot table. If you want to filter it as you describe, first update
the table, select the entire table, copy, and paste values elsewhere. Then select the copy of the
table, use Edit / Go To... Special... Blanks, then press OK. PRess the = sign, the up arrow key
once, and press Ctrl-Enter. Then selec the table again, copy, paste special values, and then you
can filter.
