How do I repeat a text (Texas) in a colum using access

In my data base I have the state in which the person lives in. The state is
Texas. I don't like typeing the state all the time and am searching for a
quicker way to put this info in the colum.
 
In the table design mode, select the field and enter Texas in the default
value.
