How do I reopen BCM after I have closed it's folder?

Why I did this I'll never know... I right clicked the BCM folder in the
folder pane and closed BCM. I can't figure out how to get it back and it's
not in the disabled list.

In Ourlook, go to File > Data File Management
Click Add, and proceed through the BCM Wizard
