Can anyone tell me how to remove the XP tutorial from my HD.
It's just taking up space. C'mon there must be some way to get rid of it.

I don't understand what "delete the m from junk registry" means.
Bits of the tutorial are stored all over the place. How do I know what is
safe to delete?

There is surely no standard way to remove this, if it's not obvious from
the remove application list.

Accordingly, if you "hack" at it to remove it, you'll likely break other
things.

Is it really that important to you to remove it?

It's just useless bloatware. It takes up space that could be better
employed. It slows down defrags and searches etc.
It's big, video, audio etc.
It's just not required. Surely there is some way to safely remove it.

Well, a lot of seems to be .swf files, located in \i386. About 35MB worth.
Also .png, html, who knows what all else.
Happy deleting.

In Windows\Help delete the TOUR and TOURS folders.

There is also an intro??.wmv file in windows\system32\oobe and you do
not need sub-foldes of that; but be careful about deleting files at the
top level other than that .wmv one - some are needed by the activation
system if you ever need to re-activate
