How do I remove the user name on the print out of outlook messges.

I am working on microsoft outlook 2003 with exchange server 2000. My problem
is when I print any messages from any user computers on the network, the
print out shows the user name who logs on the computer at the top of the
page. how can I change that name? For example instead of the personal user
name i want the print out to be the company name?
 
Hi,
when you look into the Account Properties you can change the name there!
It is an local setting!
