How do I remove the Outlook Send/Receive Progress Box that pops u.

Evry time I send or receive a message, Outlook Send/Receive Progress box pops
up and disrupts what ever I am doing. if I am typing, it stops the typing
until it determines if a message is complete. how do I remove this nussiance?
 
Outlook version?
Did you check the box not to show the display?
 
what version?
is this happening when you click send/receive, or when it sends/receives
automatically?
