Every fifth or sixth time I reboot, the program aolsoftware.exe runs for up
to an hour and uses a great deal of CPU capacity. I'm told by AOL that this
is not their software but is spyware. They say it cannot be removed by normal
means and that, to remove it, I need to clean the registry. How do I do this?
