How do I remove OLD databases in Access 2003

In the OPEN database list there are empty (old, unused databases).
These DB's do not have any objects, and I would like them removed from the
display

As with other Windows products, that list is a list of the most recently
accessed files. Open some valid ones and save them. that will push the
older ones off the list.

I don't know of any way to reset the list.

Note also, TOOLS/OPTIONS/GENERAL has a setting to control the number of
recent files displayed. You could always just reduce this number.

.... and you can always edit the Registry to get rid of these entries.

If you use A2003, the entries will be in
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Settings and look for the "MRU ... "
entries.

If you use other versions, check similar branches.
