How do I remove lines through text in excel

Someone set up lines through the text as a note for us to delete from our
system. I do not know how to remove those lines. Please help!

If you can't select just the line so you could delete. Go to- Format-
Cells-Fonts- and
on the bottom left of menu under "Effects" you have Strikethrough if this is
selected you solded your problem
