How do I remove "Emailing:" from the subject line in Outlook?

As part of my job, I frequently right click on files and select Send To> Mail
Recipient in Explorer. Outlook is my e-mail service, so a new e-mail window
appears in Outlook. The subject line is already filled in with the name of
the file I am sending, preceeded by "Emailing:".

Because of how we track files, we have to manually delete the word Emailing
and the colon. "Emailing:"

Is there a way to disable/modify/remove "Emailing:" from the subject line in
the setup/preferences of Outlook?
