everytime I try to open my contacts via connector and my msn online account,
I get an error "exception from HRESULT:0xD4904005" and the heading of the
dialog window is: Business Contact Manager.
It's WAY more import to me that I can access my online contacts and if it
interferes with the business contact manager, I don't want it. I can't find
a way to remove it without removing outlook completely. PLEASE help. This is
vital to me and my ability to work.
Thanks,
Carol

Did you search in the control panel/software to "Update for Microsoft
Office Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager" or similar?

Before uninstall you should move your contacts to a pst-file.

Best regards

I'm not sure what you mean by searching control panel/software to update....
I want to uninstall the contact mgr because it seems to be creating so many
problems. It's a brand new computer and the only contacts I have are the
ones in my msn/hotmail online via connect, which I can't open in this
outlook. Since the can't open errors seem to be because of contact mgr, I
don't need it and want to uninstall it but I don't want to uninstall
outlook.

I did find a place in options where I should be able to uncheck the business
contact mgr, but when I do it keeps checking itself again when I click ok to
close the dialog box and then reopen it. I don't know if unchecking it would
remove it anyway, but I did try.
