how do i remove cells with no data in them on a pivot table in excel 2000. I have tried ticking the box 'remove rows with no data' but they are still there. I have tried everything,

can canyone help please?

It may be that the total is zero rather than having no data.

Double click the PT blank value cell to see if there are, in fact,
records there.
