How do I remove an image that keeps attaching to my forwarded fi.

I have an image from my picture file that keeps attaching to my forwarded
mail. I have deleted the image from my computer but the attachment still
happens without my consent. I cannot find any where to modify this on my
options menu

Where does it attach it? In-line and to every e-mail? Sounds like a default
signature with a picture to me then. Otherwise post more info (at least the
version of Outlook you are using)
