How do I remove all the other languages?

At work, I have custom built computer which is a very nice one. The boss
bought an international version of XP pro for it. The other guys at the
office
(always playing jokes one each other) changed mine to Arabic. I thought
I had changed everything (region, language and keyboard) back to English
but I have missed something.

Outlook Express says (in top bar) in each message, the subject - Arabic
(Windows). I can't figure out how to get rid of that. Is there someway to
get rid of all the other languages (other than English) and put an end to
these language games???

The most recent game was to make Office 2003 Pro WORD show margin
right to left and while the keys typed English, the numbers were in some
other language (my guess is Arabic).

Any help on how to lock this thing into English would be appreciated.

Thanks!!!

Hmmm. Get the Blue Screen of Death screensaver from sysinternals.
Install it on the suspect's machine. Tell him you'll fix his computer
if he confesses, and revaels how to undo the damage... :)
