How do I remove Adobe Acrobat from Outlook menu bar commands?

Every Message form in Outlook 2003 has the Acrobat command on the menu bar,
and I need this removed. Acrobat doesn't appear as an Add In on the Add-In
Manager dialog box, so I don't know where to look to remove it. Is my only
recourse removing Acrobat from the system?
