How do I remove a restriction to see hyperlinks in my messages

When I get a hyoerlink in an e-mail, I cannot go to the hyperlink by double
clicking due to a "restriction in my computer" which I did not activate. I
have to copy/paste the hyperlink into my browser to access it. How can I turn
this restriction off?
