How do I remove a DC from site/services

Hi.

I have a DC that is no longer on-line and I do not have
access to (due to sale/split of company). We have 2 DC
and the 3rd is listed in Sites/Services, tries to
replicate etc but it does not exist. How can I remove it
without the box to dcpromo it?
