Is it giving you an error message? Exactly what is it?

Hi Joseph,
there is no error messge (I guess...) but I always get a report that
download of updates failed...some 43 updates...I don't know should I
re-register my Windows XP licence or there is something else I should do ?

I don't know, but I doubt if it is related to a non-registered XP
license. I would expect they have a specific error code for that.

My first guess would be a security issue on your machine. Have you been
able to download other Microsoft Office updates?
