How do I refresh the formulas in Excel?

I created a templet. I entered some formulas as total, averages, etc, but,
later when I enter some data those formulas don't work, and I have to get
those results manually, could you help me?
 
If you press F9, does it compute?

Check that the calc mode is not inadvertently set at: "Manual" :
Click Tools > Options > Calculation tab
Ensure "Automatic" is checked > OK
