How do I reduce the Header box size in a Word document?

I have cut and pasted a Visio drawing on one of the pages of a Word document.
I need to type in the title of this drwaing at the top of the page. When I
try to do that the header box is in the way. Can any one help me out please?
 
File | Page Setup
Then click on the "Layout" tab.
In the middle of the dialog box are the controls for adjusting the header
and footer.
