How do I recover the Tools option from the main toolbar

I was playing with some of the options in the startup menu to see what would
happen and now I cant get to the Tools options from the main toolbar. Is
there a way that I can go back to the original setting? Thanks.

right click the menu bar then choose customize at the
bottom.
when the customize box comes up, click the commands tab.
in the left side box, scroll down and choose built in menus
in the right side box, scroll down and choose tools.
click and drag it to the menu. close the customize box.
done.
