How do I recover/download Outlook Express for XP?

The Update page won't allow me to download Outlook Express.
I have Service Pack 3 for XP Home.
Outlook was there one minute, gone completely the next.
Any ideas about how to get a download?
I am going to power off now and hope it magically reappears when I power on
again.

Are you talking about Outlook or Outlook Express? This group supports
Microsoft Outlook which is part of Microsoft Office. Outlook Express is part
of Internet Explorer and has its own newsgroup of experts to support it.
