How do i recover an overwritten worksheet?

Hi,

I accidentally saved a new worksheet on an existing worksheet the new one
overriding the old one. Can i recover the old one? If, so how?

No, the old one is gone unless you have a backup somewhere (or if you sent
it with email to someone else and you can find it in the sent folder?)
