How do I read saved email from Outlook Express

I saved my emails and address book with Outlook Express before getting a new
computer with Outlook 2003. Outlook 2003 will not read those files. How can
I recover the information?

You have to configure those messages into Outlook Express on the new
computer (see http://www.insideoe.com/ for the method) and them export them
to Outlook from OE.
