How do I read my Outlook files off a CD?

I have Address Book (Contacts) backs up on a CD. How do I read the files?

You have to copy the PST file back to the hard drive and remove the
read-only attribute. Once that is done, just open Outlook and select File >
Open > Outlook Data File (Or personal folders depending on version of
Outlook). Once done with the file, right click on personal folders and
select close/disconnect.

The reason one can't review a PST file on read-only media is that the
underlying message system and/or Outlook performs maintenance on the file so
it needs full access to the file.
