How do I read Japanese email?

i have 2003 Xp Small Business Editon. I recieved an email which is blank,
except that Outlook asks me for a "Home Edition Service Pak 2" in order to
translate.

I've tried downloading a translator from MS website yet Outlook doesn't
avail itself of the download.

I'm stumped... Help!
 
I would say forward the email to an account you can use outlook express with
as Outlook Express is allot easier to use for reading multiple font emails,
however if that doesnt work, try to load up normal Outlook, look at the
regional settings in your control panel, and look for the default settings
for the unicode programs.
