How do I re-insert label template lines?

I am using Microsoft Office Word 2003. In making labels as a document, it
use to show gray lines as a template. However, when I open a saved label
document or a new label document, I cannot see the gray boxes. How do I
re-insert the gray label lines?

Hi Trisha,

I had the same problem happen to me today.

Click on Tools and then click on Show Gridlines.
