For OL2003, create a shortcut that uses this command line:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.EXE" /c IPM.StickyNote

This didn't work for me, I might be doing it wrong, but the QuickMail
download worked very well. Thank you.
