How do I put line spacing in a TOC?

I have a large TOC with headers up to level 5. I can put spacing between the
higher levels (1-2 or some 3) but not between the lower levels (4 & 5).
This is thesis and I want to get it right for the student.
 
Hi Brandybird,

To correct this, you could select an offending entry in the TOC and format
its style to suit.
